Preparing for Fall Quilt Market 2018

It’s that time of year again when Amy and I are busy preparing for International Quilt Market in Houston, Texas. From designer to shop owner, Quilt market is always a buzz of activity. This year we are expanding our footprint and debuting our 2019 calendar quilt, Sew Hometown.

Sew Hometown is heading to Quilt Market

One of the most exciting parts of quilt market is chatting with each individual shop owner, learning more about their shop and how we can help.

Preparing for quilt market is not for the faint of hearts. From wall coverings to electricity, everything needs to be accounted for. Luckily, Amy and I make a great team and make quick work of the tasks.

Along with Sew Hometown we will also be showcasing Heartland Heritage and Beach Bound. That means an extra large suitcase filled with quilts are making the journey. Toss in all the bonus programs for each program and boy, that’s a bunch a luggage!

Along with our booth we will be teaching at Schoolhouse. You can find us in room 352C at 3:45 Friday afternoon speaking with quilt shop owners. Class Topic: The pillars of a well executed Block of the Month program.

One of the most important things for us during market is to make time for you, the shop owner. That’s why this year we are taking appointments.  We look forward to chatting with you at market and sharing more details about our wholesale programs. Be sure to make your appointment today or email us with any questions.
